Benjamin is a professional chef and Master Mezcalier with experience working in 4 and 5 star hotels and restaurants in Cancun Mexico, Toronto and Montreal Canada, and as an Executive Chef in Seoul South Korea. He's been able to delve into the knowledge of the world of wine, specializing in the knowledge of Mexican spirits, that have a great and wide variety of aromas, flavors, and culture to offer the world. He is focused and very passionate about sharing about the Mexican spirits culture and creating culinary experiences with them, as every day more and more people want to know and learn to enjoy these products that really are liquid artisanal crafts made from the heart of Mexico and its people.
